During a period when many urban centers across the nation have been hit by economic setbacks, the City of Baltimore is able to show measurable and sustained progress on the largest redevelopment project undertaken in this city since the Inner Harbor in the early 80's.

As additional phases of this initiative are completed and move forward, the overall goal of re-establishing the Westside of Downtown Baltimore as a vibrant, thriving area will be achieved and we will all come to believe that Baltimore is the greatest city in America!
